A fresh, vibrant, naturally-fermented sparkling wine, the new 'Tranquille Sparkle' embodies the quality synonymous with Haute Cabrière. The result is a wine low in alcohol, over expresses in taste and perfect for all occasions.

 

Bottle fermented and aged for 3 months before degorgement. This fresh and fruit driven sparkling wines shows notes of strawberries, lemon zest and tropical fruits on the nose, followed by a light and refreshing palate and bright acidity.
